For SDR and sales teams that need every call tied to an account, an owner, and a next action.
Power Dialer

Keep every rep on the right account.

When the list, phone, and follow-up live in separate tools, reps collide and leads disappear. Keep the owner, account context, and next action in the call.

Run 1, 2, or 3 human-led lines per rep.Reps and browser softphones do not carry a per-seat fee.Claim work before another rep touches it.Keep account context, outcomes, and next actions visible.

Where the dialer earns its place

Give reps the account, not another tab to reconstruct.

The dialer keeps ownership, calling context, coaching, and outcomes in the same workflow so managers can inspect the motion without stitching together four tools.

01

Claim the next account

Team campaigns claim a lead before another rep can work it. The shared queue replaces territory spreadsheets and removes the double-dial race.

02

Call with context in view

Open the account and lead context beside the browser softphone. Reps can see why the record is in the queue before they choose the next action.

03

Record the next action

Capture the disposition, promised callback, and follow-up while the conversation is fresh. The next action stays attached to the record instead of a private note.

04

Inspect campaign progress

Managers can review claimed, completed, and follow-up work without asking each rep for a spreadsheet update.

05

Choose the human-led mode

Run 1, 2, or 3 human-led lines per rep. A real rep stays on each connected cold call, with visible abandonment monitoring on multi-line calling.

06

Keep the system of record

Import records on demand and write matched outcomes back. Your CRM remains the source of truth.

How teams run it

From a scattered list to an inspectable calling motion.

01

Publish the shared campaign

Import the records you want to work, apply the calling rules, and publish one queue for the team. DNC checks happen before dialing.

02

Call with the account in view

A rep claims the next record, sees its context, and calls from the browser with local presence, coaching, dispositions, and callbacks available in the same workflow.

03

Review what needs attention

Campaign progress, outcomes, and follow-ups stay visible to managers. Use the pattern in the calls to decide which accounts, messages, and coaching topics need attention next.

From a list to live conversations

Build the list anywhere. Dialfyne does the rest.

Most dialers make you live inside their walled garden. Dialfyne meets your list where it already is, and lets your AI assistant load and launch it for you.

Step 1

Build the list

Pull a target list from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, ZoomInfo, a CSV, or any tool you’ve connected over MCP. Dialfyne does not lock you into one data source.

Step 2

Hand it to Dialfyne

Import it in the portal, or just tell Claude or ChatGPT to push it in for you. Dialfyne is an MCP server, so your assistant can pull from any connected tool and launch the list directly.

Step 3

Your team dials it

Local-presence caller ID, dial scripts, voicemail drop, and live text coaching. Every connected conversation recorded, transcribed, and scored.

Step 4

Outcomes sync back

Dispositions, booked meetings, callbacks, and call scorecards flow back to your CRM and your dashboards automatically, with no rep busywork.

Team-wide campaigns

One shared list. The whole team dials it. Nobody collides.

Publish a campaign and every rep pulls from the same list at once. Dialfyne locks each lead the moment a rep claims it, so two people never dial the same prospect. No spreadsheets, no territory fights, no double-dials.

  • Atomic claim-and-lock. A lead is only ever in one rep’s queue
  • Multi-touch cadences so warm leads resurface at the right time
  • Live progress: claimed, done, and follow-ups scheduled, in real time
  • Add reps for free. Campaigns scale with the team, not your bill

Plain-English answer

What is a usage-based power dialer?

Dialfyne is a human-led power dialer. A rep is on every connected cold call. You can run 1, 2, or 3 lines. That is the cap. If you need Nooks- or Orum-class parallel volume, buy them. If you want a human on the connect, visible abandonment governance, and no seat tax, buy this. Dialfyne keeps the account record, lead ownership, calling workflow, and outcomes visible to the team.

  • Run 1, 2, or 3 human-led lines per rep.
  • Pay occupied line-minutes, including ring, AMD, live talk, and voicemail activity.
  • Keep reps and browser softphones free of per-seat fees.
  • See account ownership, campaign progress, and follow-up state in one workflow.

Dialer questions

What problem does the Dialfyne Power Dialer solve?

It keeps account ownership, calling context, outcomes, and follow-up in one workflow. Reps do not have to rebuild the account from separate tabs, and managers do not have to reconcile disconnected activity reports.

How many lines can a rep run?

Run 1, 2, or 3 human-led lines per rep. A real rep stays on every connected cold call. If you need Nooks or Orum class parallel volume, Dialfyne is not the right fit.

How is dialing billed?

Usage is measured in occupied line-minutes, including ringing, answering machine detection, live talk, and voicemail activity. There is no per-dial fee. A no-answer is billed as the occupied seconds used, not as zero time or a full minute.

How do team campaigns prevent double-dialing?

A lead is claimed atomically when a rep pulls it and stays locked to that rep while it is being worked. The rest of the team does not receive the same record from the shared queue.

What can a manager see?

Managers can inspect campaign progress, rep activity, dispositions, callbacks, recordings, transcripts, and scorecards. The goal is a visible operating record, not another activity total with no account context.

Does Dialfyne replace our CRM?

Import records on demand and write matched outcomes back. Your CRM remains the source of truth.
