What do you mean by GTM engineering?+
The work that turns a sales or marketing plan into something your team can run: account data, research, tools, and the outreach that tests it. In these programs, I build the account map and messaging and personally run the calls and email. Work beyond calling and email, such as campaign audiences or CRM and data workflows, is scoped as custom GTM engineering.
Who will I be working with?+
Dennis Kaczmarowski, the founder of Dialfyne. Dennis brings more than ten years in outbound and sales leadership experience at ZoomInfo. He runs the calls, messaging, and weekly review for your program.
What does it cost, and why three or six months?+
The three-month program is $5,000 per month ($15,000 over the term). The six-month program is $7,000 per month ($42,000 over the term). Month one is for setup: market mapping, lists, messaging, sending infrastructure, and warmup. The remaining months give us time to run and improve the program. Prices are in USD. Broader GTM engineering work is scoped separately.
Are the daily call and email numbers minimums?+
Yes. After warmup, the three-month program includes at least 500 emails and 100 call attempts per day. The six-month program includes at least 1,000 emails and 200 call attempts per day. These apply on the outreach days agreed for your program. Month one is the setup period; daily minimums start after warmup. The launch requirements and schedule are agreed before work begins.
How many meetings should I expect?+
We assess the reachable market, your offer, and your sales process on the fit call. Daily minimums describe outreach activity, not booked meetings. We review replies, bookings, and held meetings with you each week. You should have room for roughly five meetings a week; that is a capacity requirement, not a promised result.
Do I need a list or a finished script?+
No. Bring whatever you have: a target list, customer examples, past emails, or talking points. We build the list and messaging around your offer, and you approve the targeting and message before outreach starts. You keep the target list.
Does anything launch during the setup month?+
We aim to start initial calls in week two once the list and message are approved. Email follows when the mailboxes are ready, with weeks three and four used for readiness checks and gradual ramp-up. Those early conversations help refine the program. Daily activity minimums apply after warmup.
Will cold email use my main business domain?+
No. Your program gets dedicated lookalike domains, mailboxes, and calling numbers, assigned exclusively to your business and never shared with other clients. Email stays separate from your main business domain. Setup includes authentication, warmup, readiness checks, and gradual sending ramp-up. We monitor and adjust or pause sending when needed.
What happens when a prospect is interested?+
We coordinate the meeting on your calendar and share the context from the outreach. You own the sales conversation and follow-through. Before launch, we agree who handles replies, who takes meetings, and what makes a prospect a fit.
Can you work with us at our office?+
The $7,000/month six-month program includes two optional office visits with Dennis over the engagement, typically a kickoff and a wrap-up. Custom GTM engineering includes an optional visit once a month. Flights and accommodation are included in the fee for both. We agree the dates and what to work on together.
Can you work with our existing tech stack?+
Yes. Dennis has hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, BetterContact, Airtable, Notion, Prospeo, and other sales and operations tools. Calls and email run in Dialfyne, while your CRM remains the source of truth. We agree the data flow before launch, using supported CRM writeback where available or a clean export into your process.
Can my team take this over later?+
Yes. You retain the TAM map, research, scoring history, messaging, reporting, and campaign history built for you, with a usable handover for your team. The six-month program also includes a custom team playbook. My underlying tool subscriptions are not transferred. After the engagement, your team takes responsibility for tools, infrastructure, and ongoing data upkeep. You can continue on Dialfyne or use your own tools; third-party data remains subject to its license terms.
