Dialfyne + Attio
Import Attio people, companies, and deals on demand. Dial with CRM context, then write matched call outcomes back as notes.

Call details captured in Dialfyne
Outcome prepared
The rep dials with Attio name, contact details, and deal stage, value, and currency. On hangup, a matched outcome is queued as an Attio note.

How it works
From conversation to system of record.
Attio stays the system of record. Dialfyne connects through OAuth, imports a complete snapshot of people, companies, and deals when you click Sync now, and uses that context on the call. After a disposition, Dialfyne matches the person by email, then normalized phone, and writes a note on that record. This is not live two-way sync and Dialfyne does not edit Attio people, companies, deal stages, owners, or values.
The workflow
- 01
Connect Attio
From Dialfyne Integrations, start Connect. You sign in to Attio and approve access. Dialfyne stores the connection, not your Attio password.
- 02
Import when you choose
Sync now pulls a complete snapshot of people, companies, and deals. Records removed in Attio are pruned only after a full snapshot succeeds.
- 03
Dial with CRM context
Reps see Attio names, contact details, the record URL, and deal stage, value, and currency on the call brief.
- 04
Write the outcome back as a note
A disposition matches the Attio person by email, then normalized phone, and queues a Markdown note with outcome, duration, contact details, source, and follow-up timing.
What this connection does
ConnectedHonest boundary
What Attio does — and does not — do in Dialfyne.
Included
- OAuth connection from inside Dialfyne
- On-demand people, company, and deal snapshots
- Calling context: name, email, phone, Attio URL, deal stage, value, currency
- Notes on people matched by email or normalized phone
- Outcome, connected status, duration, source, follow-up, meeting flag, and Dialfyne call ID on the note
Not this integration
- Real-time or automatic record sync
- Two-way editing of Attio people, companies, deals, stages, owners, or values
- AI summaries, transcripts, or next-step copy inside the Attio note
- Guaranteed instant writeback
Configure
Set it up once. Sync when you choose.
The connection starts inside Dialfyne, not at an OAuth callback URL.
Open Dialfyne Integrations
Sign in at app.dialfyne.com and go to Integrations. Attio appears when the workspace has the Attio connector enabled.
Connect Attio
Choose Connect. Dialfyne starts OAuth and sends you to Attio to approve access. You return to Integrations when authorization succeeds.
Import people, companies, and deals
Click Sync now. Wait for the completion banner before dialing from the imported list. Re-run Sync now whenever Attio records have changed.
Dial, then save the disposition
Complete the call in Dialfyne. Saving the outcome queues a note on the matched Attio person. Delivery is queued, not instant.
What writes back
The Attio note is a call record, not a transcript dump.
Matched outcomes stay attached to the person. Example fields below match the live writeback — they are illustrative, not a customer record.

Questions
Attio integration FAQ
Is this two-way sync with Attio?
No. Dialfyne imports a snapshot when you click Sync now, then writes matched call outcomes back as notes. It does not edit Attio people, companies, deal stages, owners, or values.
How do Attio records get into Dialfyne?
After you connect, click Sync now on Integrations. That pulls people, companies, and deals. There is no continuous background import.
How does Dialfyne match a call to an Attio person?
It matches the person by email first, then by normalized phone. If neither matches, no note is written.
What appears on the Attio note?
Outcome, connected status, duration, lead name, phone, email, Dialfyne source, call time, follow-up due, meeting booked when relevant, and the Dialfyne call ID. Transcripts and AI summaries are not written to Attio.
Where do I start the Attio connection?
Inside Dialfyne: Integrations → Attio → Connect, or https://app.dialfyne.com/connect/attio. That is the OAuth entry point. Do not use an OAuth callback URL.
Controlled setup
In Dialfyne, open Integrations and choose Connect on Attio. Approve access in Attio, then click Sync now before the first calling session.
Visible by design
Every sync stays attached to a real conversation and outcome, so your team can review the context.
Built for the next step
The integration moves the useful detail forward instead of dumping another block of unstructured notes.
