Dialfyne credit packages start at $149/month for 3,000 credits. Growth is $449/month for 9,000 credits, and Scale is $1,199/month for 26,000 credits. Phone lines are $2 per line per month.

Setup is included. Dialfyne does not charge per rep, and no-answer dials or ring time do not burn credits. Human connected talk uses 1 credit per minute, AI-powered talk uses 4 credits per minute, and voicemail drops use 0.25 credits each.

Each package has a clear overage rate: Starter is $0.07 per extra credit, Growth is $0.06, and Scale is $0.05. Owners can also configure hard-stop protection if they do not want overage.

Yes. Dialfyne offers HIPAA-compliant configurations for medical and dental practices, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), encrypted data handling, and secure call logging.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Your call recordings and customer data are never shared or sold.

You do. All call recordings, transcripts, and customer data belong to your business. You can export or delete your data at any time. We retain data only as long as you are a customer or as required by law.
