How it works
From conversation to system of record.
Pipedrive stays the system of record. Dialfyne connects through OAuth, imports a complete snapshot of persons, organizations, and deals when you click Sync now, and uses that context on the call. After a disposition, Dialfyne matches the person by email, then phone, and logs a Pipedrive call activity on that record. CSV contacts enrolled in a campaign are created in Pipedrive only if unmatched, and only after Pipedrive is reconnected with person-write access. This is not live two-way sync and Dialfyne does not edit Pipedrive deal stages, owners, or values.

Connect Pipedrive
From Dialfyne Integrations, start Connect. You sign in to Pipedrive, pick the company, and approve access. Dialfyne stores the connection, not your Pipedrive password.

Import when you choose
Sync now pulls a complete snapshot of persons, organizations, and deals. Records removed in Pipedrive are pruned only after a full snapshot succeeds.

Dial with CRM context
Reps see Pipedrive names, contact details, the record URL, and deal stage, value, and currency on the call brief.

Write the outcome back as an activity
A disposition matches the Pipedrive person by email, then phone, and queues a call activity with outcome, duration, contact details, source, and follow-up timing.

The connection starts inside Dialfyne, not at an OAuth callback URL.
Open Dialfyne Integrations
Sign in at app.dialfyne.com and go to Integrations. Pipedrive appears when the workspace has the Pipedrive connector enabled.
Connect Pipedrive
Choose Connect. Dialfyne starts OAuth and sends you to Pipedrive to approve access. Review the requested scopes: read persons and organizations, read deals, and create activities. You return to Integrations when authorization succeeds.
Import persons, organizations, and deals
Click Sync now. Wait for the completion banner before dialing from the imported list. Re-run Sync now whenever Pipedrive records have changed.
Dial, then save the disposition
Complete the call in Dialfyne. Saving the outcome queues a Pipedrive call activity on the matched person. Delivery is queued, not instant.
Disconnect from Dialfyne
On Integrations, choose Disconnect on Pipedrive. Dialfyne stops importing records and writing activities. Existing Pipedrive persons, organizations, deals, and activities stay in Pipedrive.
Uninstall from Pipedrive
Remove Dialfyne from Tools and apps in Pipedrive, or uninstall from the Marketplace listing. Uninstall revokes OAuth. Dialfyne does not delete Pipedrive data.
What writes back
The Pipedrive activity is a call record, not a transcript dump.
Matched outcomes stay attached to the person. Example fields below match the live writeback — they are illustrative, not a customer record.

Pipedrive integration FAQ
Is this two-way sync with Pipedrive?
No. Dialfyne imports a snapshot when you click Sync now, then writes matched call outcomes back as Pipedrive activities. CSV contacts enrolled in a campaign are created in Pipedrive only if unmatched, and only after Pipedrive is reconnected with person-write access. Dialfyne does not edit Pipedrive deal stages, owners, or values.
How do Pipedrive records get into Dialfyne?
After you connect, click Sync now on Integrations. That pulls persons, organizations, and deals. There is no continuous background import.
How does Dialfyne match a call to a Pipedrive person?
It uses the person already linked on the dialer when present. Otherwise it matches by email first, then by phone. If neither matches, no activity is written.
What appears on the Pipedrive activity?
Outcome, connected status, duration, lead name, phone, email, Dialfyne source, call time, follow-up due, meeting booked when relevant, and the Dialfyne call ID. Transcripts and AI summaries are not written to Pipedrive.
Where do I start the Pipedrive connection?
Inside Dialfyne: Integrations → Pipedrive → Connect, or https://app.dialfyne.com/connect/pipedrive. That is the OAuth entry point. Do not use an OAuth callback URL.
What happens if I disconnect or uninstall?
Disconnecting in Dialfyne stops imports and writeback. Uninstalling in Pipedrive revokes OAuth. Existing Pipedrive records and previously written activities remain in Pipedrive. Dialfyne does not delete Pipedrive data on disconnect.
Controlled setup
In Dialfyne, open Integrations and choose Connect on Pipedrive. Approve access in Pipedrive, then click Sync now before the first calling session.
