MCP (Model Context Protocol)

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT connect to external tools and data. A product that ships an MCP server can be driven from your assistant directly, so you can run real workflows from chat instead of clicking around an app.

MCP gives AI assistants a safe, standard way to call tools and read data you have connected. It is the plumbing behind doing real work from Claude or ChatGPT rather than just chatting.

Dialfyne is a remote MCP server. Connect it once and your assistant can build lead lists, launch team campaigns, place click-to-dial calls, pull coaching and rep progress, and use data from any other tool you have connected.
