Dollar meters are Dialfyne's prepaid usage rates: dial occupied line-minutes, roleplay minutes, and email sends each bill in dollars from one wallet. Reps and softphones are free. Numbers, mailboxes, and domains are capacity, not usage.
One prepaid dollar wallet funds the whole team. A normal caller is about $70 a month; all-day calling is about $350. We agree a calling rate with you — typically $0.10 or $0.06 per occupied minute, including ring, talk, and voicemail — and usage pulls from the wallet as you go. Unused money never expires. Roleplay is its own meter starting at $0.20/min, with volume down to $0.14. Email starts at $0.02/send, then $0.01 from 5,000. Recording, transcription, scorecards, and live coaching are bundled in, not metered.
A no-answer is cheap seconds of occupied time, not zero and not a full minute. Numbers are about $2/line/mo; mailboxes $8/mo with warmup included, and domains $15/yr. When you need more funds you top up the wallet at your volume rate, never a penalty.
