Pricing built around your team
Choose calling, email, and AI practice around the work ahead. Bring them into one platform without a software subscription for every rep. Usage draws from a shared prepaid balance; phone numbers and email infrastructure are priced separately.

Meetings, holidays, and changing campaigns affect how much you use. Your usage charges follow that activity. The estimate below separates usage from the numbers, inboxes, and domains you keep.

Estimate the work ahead and agree your rates before starting. Ask us to configure the available wallet controls for your account.
Adding funds
Add funds with our team when you need them. Unused prepaid money stays available for later. Self-serve top-up is not live for every account.

Higher committed usage can move into custom rates and billing terms without changing platform access.

What you pay
Calling time, practice minutes, and successful sends drive usage charges. Phone numbers, inboxes, and domains have recurring costs while you retain them. Both are shown separately so you can plan for a busy month or a quieter one.
| Activity | Rate | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Calling | $0.10 / occupied line-minute starting | Agree your calling rate before starting; higher-volume rates are available. Billable time includes ringing, answering-machine detection, talk, and voicemail. Phone numbers are separate. |
| Roleplay | $0.20 / min starting | Practice is its own meter. Volume down to $0.14 / min. |
| Email sends | $0.02, then $0.01 from 5,000 | A successful send from a warmed inbox. Same prepaid wallet as calling and practice. |
| Email inboxes | $8 / mo | Dedicated mailbox. Warmup, DNS, and domain monitoring are in the price. Warmup is not a skippable add-on. |
| Sending domains | $15 / yr | Billed up front. Up to five inboxes per domain. Renews annually. |
| Phone numbers | ~$2 / number / mo | Rental continues while you keep a caller-ID number. Numbers are separate from simultaneous calling lines and software seats. |
Platform email
Sends are the work. Inboxes and domains are the infrastructure that has to stay healthy whether you send 50 emails this month or 50,000. We price them separately so a light month does not pretend the mailboxes got cheaper, and a heavy month does not hide the real cost of sending like a person.
Sends
2¢, then 1¢
First 5,000 this month at 2¢. After that, 1¢. You pay when a warmed inbox actually sends.
Inboxes
$8 / mo
A dedicated Google mailbox on your sending domain. Warmup has to finish before it can send. DNS and domain monitoring stay on with it.
Domains
$15 / yr
The sending domain, billed up front. Five inboxes each. This is infrastructure, not a sequencer seat.
Each dedicated Google inbox includes warmup and monitoring. Automated sends are capped at 20 per day per mailbox, with lower initial ramps and pacing between sends. The send rate drops to 1¢ from 5,000 sends.
Pricing FAQ
Unused prepaid money stays in your wallet for later. Lower billable activity reduces usage charges at the same rates. Phone number and inbox rental continue while you retain them, and domains renew annually. A prepaid deposit is not a monthly use-it-or-lose-it allowance.
One prepaid dollar wallet. Reps are free. Choose Roleplay, Dial, Email, or any mix — you do not have to buy all three. Your agreed calling rate applies to occupied line time, including ringing, answering-machine detection, talk, and voicemail. Unused money never expires. Roleplay starts at $0.20/min. Email is 2¢ a send (1¢ from 5,000), $8 per inbox per month with warmup included, and $15 per domain per year. Numbers are about $2/line/mo.
Because it is a real Google mailbox, not a rented sending slot. The $8 covers the mailbox, included warmup, DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and ongoing domain monitoring. Those costs sit there on a light month and a heavy one. We keep them on their own line so a cheap send rate does not have to hide them.
No. Warmup is part of the inbox. A cold mailbox that starts sending is how you burn the domain, which costs more than the warmup ever would. Automated sends also cap at 20 a day per inbox so the mailbox still behaves like a person. Volume comes from more inboxes, not from turning one box into a firehose.
No. They are three independent products. Start with AI practice, platform email, or calling. Add the others later on the same wallet. Roleplay does not require Dialfyne calling or email.
No. Adding a rep does not add a software seat subscription. Calling, practice, and successful email sends are metered separately; numbers, inboxes, and domains have their own costs.
Choose your products and expected activity. The calculator estimates usage and retained infrastructure separately. Calling and email examples use 21 working days; your actual activity and agreed rates determine usage charges. Unused prepaid funds never expire.
Phone numbers are about $2 per line per month as capacity, not usage. Teams usually keep a few local numbers per person for caller ID. That is not a software seat.

Yes, with us. Unused prepaid funds never expire. Extra usage bills at your agreed rate, not a markup. Self-serve top-up is not live for every account.
Yes. The point is to shape pricing around the customer. High-volume teams can get custom rates, committed usage, multi-workspace controls, procurement support, and custom billing terms.
